Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Must have 2+ years of experience.

This contract pays approximately $11,610/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift length: 8 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 40
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
• Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
• Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
