Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Lima, Ohio.

Must have 2+ years of experience.

This contract pays approximately $9,957/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 8 weeks
• Shift length: 8 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 40
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
• Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
• Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
