Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Louisville, Kentucky.

Must have 2+ years of experience.

This contract pays approximately $12,282/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift length: 13 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 36
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
• Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
• Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
• Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
