TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Manager Interviews
Certs Required: BLS
Experience Required: 1 year experience. Previous experience strongly preferred. EPIC Remote client a bonus. Skilled in triage and crisis response.
Provide in-home hospice visits during evening and overnight hours.
Triage patient needs and respond to urgent situations with calm, clinical expertise.
Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Schedule:
A mix of PM (evening) and NOC (overnight) shifts (No additional on-call/holiday requirements, one weekend every two months)
Coverage across four territories (travel required, mileage compensated)
