*Shift: Full-Time 7a-3:30p*
*RESPONSIBILITIES*:
* General Maintenance Projects as assigned i.e. appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal
* Evening meal delivery
* On occasion making time sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
* Rounding to ensure the community is secured
* IT support as needed
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*
* Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
* Self-motivated
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
* Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
* Must be licensed/Certified in HVAC
* Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
