Travel RN – Hospice (Home Health)
Location: Barre, Vermont
Start Date: ASAP (Rapid Response)
Contract Length: 16 Weeks
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday with some weekend coverage
Requirements
- Active Vermont RN License (required at submission)
- Minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience
- Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience is REQUIRED
- Previous case management experience strongly preferred
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
